Synopsis:
In a battle against alien invaders, the mighty warrior Wu Sheng Dayu sacrifices himself. Before dying, he entrusts his disciple, Pulao, with finding the next chosen bearer of the Golden Hoop. Pulao fails to locate the true heir, and instead, a wild monkey named Kong steals the hoop.
By accident, the two end up at an academy dedicated to training chosen heroes. However, due to chaos caused by the monkey, they are expelled. On Earth, the duo meets a young girl named Nuwa, who is on a mission to rescue her people—and she believes the two are prophesied saviors.
