Synopsis:
Eleven-year-old Liang Xiaowei owns a magical bracelet that allows her to understand what sea creatures are saying. After her father disappears in a submarine accident, Xiaowei believes he has become a fish and often confides in the dolphins at the aquarium. When the secret of the bracelet is discovered, two villains steal it. In an effort to help Xiaowei, the marine animals launch a full-scale rescue mission. In the end, Xiaowei entrusts her ocean friends with a message for her father who now rests in the deep sea: “Dad, I’ve grown up.”
